Do you have disc pain or sciatica?
Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the course of the sciatic nerve. Pain is often felt in the lower back and radiates into the buttock, back of the leg, and in some cases down to the toes.
Sciatica symptoms include:
- burning, electric pain,
- numbness,
- tingling
- muscle weakness
The most common cause of scaticia is a disc herniation or irritation in the low back. Fortunately most cases of sciatica can be treated non-surgically with a mix of hands on treatment and progressive active care.
