Dr. White is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While attending high school, he competed as a sprinter in Track & Field and an Ice Hockey player. Training and competing with the Pittsburgh Junior Penguins hockey team involved extensive physical training and numerous traumatic injuries. This is what ultimately peaked his interest in human movement, performance, and rehabilitation. His team Chiropractor guided his training and rehab program to keep him in the game which inspired him to pursue a career in physical health and rehabilitation. His pursuit began at Slippery Rock University where he earned a degree in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy. He completed nearly 300 hours of volunteer services, under the guidance of physical therapists, before interning as a Performance Coach at Finish First Sports Performance.
During his Doctorate training at Palmer College of Chiropractic, he interned in the rehabilitation department to expand his skills in diagnosis and patient management. He centered his studies around correcting movement dysfunction to treat pain. Recognizing the crucial role that soft tissue plays in pain free movement, he became certified in Active Release Technique to provide well rounded care for his patients. His experiences allow him to offer a multifaceted level of care which he is excited to provide for his patients.
